The main exporter of rice in Latin America. Member of the CAMIL group, the main rice miller and seller in Brazil. SAMAN works with a selected group of more than 300 rice farmers. Exports rice to the main import markets of America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
The company was receiving constant calls inquiring about the status of merchandise orders and contracts. Additionally, the information of all the shipping companies is found on different digital platforms.

Goal
Solution
Develop a centralized export and container query system was developed. It collects information from the shipping companies and integrates it into the same platform together with the data that Saman has about customer orders and contracts. Benefits: Online self-consultation, information traceability, real-time reports. Queries can be made by Bill of lading or Container tracking and generate customer reports, contracts and SAP account statements.
